We will test the returned unit on our test setup, to try and diagnose any issues that you have described. We’ll also update all the firmware to the latest version it’s also recommend that you send your program card as they may need updating also.
IMPORTANT: This service doesn't include any new parts etc. If we find any issues we will contact you to discuss your options.
When sending your ESC, we recommend you send it via a recorded service and include your order acknowledgment.
A postage charge will be displayed at checkout, this is to cover the return postage of the unit
